CO REPORT No. 50-289/71-06 The subject inspection report is forwarded for information.
No items of nonconformance were identified during this inspection; however, a potential for a serious fire was noted in the ring girder investigation / repair area. Widespread damage to concrete, reinforc-ing steel and tendon sheathing could result from the hazardous con-ditions in this area. This falls in the category of industrial safety and does not constitute an item normally under our jurisdic-tion.
