Docket :ic. 50-239 Cperating License :Ic. DPR 50 Your letter of Octcher 13, 1976, requests that Met-Ed 'urnish a schedule for implerentation of the ClI-2 cperational CA (CCA) progra at T'E-1.
During the Octcher 23, 1976 telephone conversatien between your Mr. G. Zvetcig and cur Mr. J. Moran, it was indicated that it was considered reasonable to wait until the T!!I-2 progra.m was in final fers before applying it to CE-1 and, therefore, we could wait until the TMI-2 prcgram was approved by the :IEC. Although the Safety Evalcation Report for TMI-2 (IUEEG-0107) has been issued and, therefore, ycu consider the S I-2 CGA program approved b-/ the NEC, changes to the CE-2 Operational CA prceran are still being negotiated between Met-Ec and the :iEC.
Since we still cannet be sure that the JE-2 COA program is in final ferr, we assume we are in keeping with your intent by not scheiuline implementa-
