Three Mile Island Nuclear Statien Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 The schedule date for submitting proposed Technical Specification changes and other supporting infor=ation related to licensing for TMI-1 refueling has been revised.
Your June 18, 1975 letter indicates that the above referenced reload sub-mittal should be sut=itted at least 90 days before th-planned startup date.
It was cur original intention to provide the ec==ission additional time to review cur submittal hevever, recent infor=aticn indicates that the original target date of October 18, 1975 was pre =ature.
The target date has been revised to Dece=ber 1, 1975 The rece=ber 1, 1975 target date still provides ICL days for you reviev.
Infor=ation (including the December 1,1975 target date) en refueling has been included in cur Semi-Annual Operating Repert No. 3 for 2C-1 as ycu suggested in your Jime 18, 1975 letter.
