Operating License DpR-50 Nonrcutine 10-Day Reports Th-10 and 11 This letter is in regard to two unplanned releases of radicactive material occurring at our Three Mile Island :Iuclear Station, Unit 1 (T'4I-1), on November 29 and December 2,197h, and to the two Ncnroutine 10-Day Reports which deal with these releases (Report Numbers Th-10 and 7h-ll).
Because these two releases involved the same system, apparent cause, and corrective actions, and because we are being asked by Mr. R. Meyers of DORO-Regica 1 to supply additional exposure data nct necessarily required by the TMI-1 Technical Specifications, cur present intentions are to s" " + ky Decenter 12, 197h, a report which addresses both releases.
We vould like to state at this time, prior tc submission of this report, that ncne of the limits of the TMI-l Technical Specifict.tions were exceeded and no member of the cublic and no individual en site at the time of the relesse received a radiation dose in excess of the limits listed in 10 CFR 20.
We trust that this schedule for submission of this repcrt is acceptable to you.
