Docket No. 50-289 Operating License DPR-50 Nenroutine 10-Day Report 75-Oh In accordance with Section 6.7 2.a.2 of the Technical Specificatiens for our Three Mile Island Nuclear Statien Unit 1,10CFR20.h03, and 20.h05 enclosed please find Nonroutine 10-Day Report 75-Oh that deals with an unplanned release of radioactive material end excessive concentration of radioactive material which occurred on August 21, 1975 We veuld like to point out that no member of the pu'olic and no station or contractor personnel received a radiation done in excess of the limits stated in 10CFR20 as a result of the release.
Further, none of the limits given in the Technical Specifications were exceeded.
We trust that this submittal satisfies the reporting requirenents referenced above and adequately answers any concerns you may have.
