During a routine inspection of the Reactor Building, one snubber, installed at RI-110 (Feedwater to A OTSG, Inside Secondary Shield) was found to be inoperative due to a loss of fluid.

The unit was replaced with a rebuilt, tested unit of the same size and stroke.
