The report deals with a deficiency of design of the internals handling fixture spherical nut retai.ing ievice.
It should also be ncted that this same design proble= has been discovered to exist at CC-2, but that it vill be corrected by Field Change FC h1 pricr te handling C E-2 reacter internals.
