ORDER The NRC Staff has filed an unopposed motion for an extension of time until ten (10) days following receipt of Intervenors' memorandum setting forth the grounds for their opposition to Licensee's Motion to Hold Proceedings in Abeyance in which to file their response to Licensee's mo ti o n.
In the event that a memorandum from Intervenors is not received by November 1,1979, the Staff would then file a response on that date.
For good cause shown, the Staff's motion is granted.
It is so ORDERED.
