Dear Sir:
In accordance with Trojan Facility Operating License (FOL) NPF-1, Appendix B, Environmental Technical Specifications 4.3.1.3 and 5.5.1.c, attached is the Trojan Nuclear Plant Cooling Tower Plume Study Summary Report. This report shows that the Trojan Nuclear Plant cooling tower plume has a negligible effect on ground levt.1 fogging and icing conditions; further, that the plume has a negli-gible impact upon the environment surrounding the Trojan Nuclear Plant.
For those reasons, the cooling tower plume monitoring program is hereby discontinued, in accordance with the requirements of Environmental Technical Specification 4.3.1.3.
