Dear Mr. MacDonald:
This is in reply to your letter of September 5, 1979, to the attention of Dr. Thomas S. Baer, in which you request we revise our QA program description to address various aspects of the acceptance criteria used to evaluate such programs.
Although we have been diligently endeavoring to comply with'your request that we respond within 30 days,-it appears that it vill require approximately two additional weeks to adequately address all those points raised in your letter.
We trust that you will find this additional period of time to be acceptable.
If we do not hear from you to the contrary, we will plan to submit our revised QA program de-scription on or before October 15, 1979.
