Docket No. 50-289 Operating License DPR-50 Nonroutine 10-Day Report 74-08 in accordance with section 6.7.2.a of the Technical Specifications for our Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Lhit 1, enclosed please find Nonroutine 10-Day Report 74-08, which deals with an unplanned release of radioactive material which occurred on November 20-21, 1974.
We would like to point out that no, member g the public and no plant or contractor personnel received a radiation dose in excess of the 10 CFR 20 limits as a result of the release.
We trust that the information with which we have provided you regarding this release satisfies the reporting requirements referenced above.
