Dear Hr. Blanco:
The Atomic Energy Commission has iasued Facility Operating License No. DPR-50 to Metropolitan Edison Company, Jersey Central Power and Light Company and the Pennsylvania Electric Company for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
This license authorizes Metropolitan Edison Company to operate the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, at 2535 megawatts thernal in accordance with Appendices A and B, Technical-Specifications. The facility is located in Davphin County.
The license complete with Technical Specifications and the related notice, which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, are enclosed.
