Three ftile Island-l Review of Industrial Security Program We have reviewed Revision 3 to the Industrial Security Plan for the Three ' tile Island Huclear Station and find it satisfactory.
Input for the Safety Evaluation Report is presented belcw:
Industrial Security The plant site and its structures will be protected by security fencing, ligating, surveillance and intrusion equipment, physical barriers, and a guard force.
A system of personnel identification and access control to various areas within the plant site boundary has been established.
The applicant has also established administra-tive arrangements within its security program - ; effect liaison with law enforcement agencies in the event of t security emergency.
We have reviewed the details of the applicant's Industrial Security Program and determined that it meets the regulatory requirements of AEC Safety Guide No.17, " Protection Against Industrial Sabotage."
We conclude that the program is adequate and provides reasonable assurance that the risk associated uitn potential acts of sabotage that could lead to a significant threat to the public health and safety is acceptably lcw.
