[NotetoFiles TELECON WITH GENERAL PUBLIC UTILITIES CORPORATI'ON CONCERNING THREE MILE ISLAND, UNIT 1 D. Reppert phoned to propose an agenda for the meeting on Thursday, February 15, 1973. The proposed agenda is (1) status of staff analysis of B&W ECCS for core flood tank line break, (2) piping breaks outside of containment, (3) fuel densification evaluation program, (4) Three Mile Island Unit 1 licensing schedule.
General Public Utilities Corporation is particularly interested in the impact of each and the combination of all items on their operating license review schedule especially with regard as to what issues must be fully resolved for the ACRS meeting.
The Three Mile Island Unit 1 schedule calls for ACRS review in April and a licensing decision on November 9,1973. Fuel loading is estimated for November 30, 1973. The operating license is being contested by experienced intervenors. We have included a three month hearing commencing June 5,1973 and a two month decision period in the licensing schedule.
