Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket 50-289 A review of the list of Unresolved Items (12/19/72) and the draft safety evaluation report (12/21/72) has been completed. The action requi.-ed of the applicant is specified below.

Table II, Item 9, Industrial Security Plan The Plan should be revised as folicws:
Page 5, Section 2.2.6, second paragraph, second sentence.
Change
" weekly" to " daily."
Page 7, fourth paragraph.
State the provisions for escorting delivery personnel inside the security fence, either by security, warehouse, or operating personnel.
Page 8, first paragraph. State what actions will be taken by the r onsite security force to apprehend an intruder or foil an intrusion attempt, while awaiting the arrival of the State Police.
(See ANS 3.3, section 3.3.4 and 3.4.4)
Page 5.
Add a new section 2.2.6, " Surveillance of Vital Equipment and Facilities." Discuss the provisions for such surveillance.
(See ANS 3.3, section 3.4.3) 2.
Table II, New Item 17, Emeraency Plan A revision to tne FSAR is needed which will include:
