The following safety matters, identified by SER paragraph, are outstanding:
4.2.1 Puel Densification:
The applicant has submitted a final report.
We are reviewing this and will report on it in the SER supplement.
10.4 High Energy Line Break: The applicant's initial response to this question concluded that no modifications were necessary. We did not agree and so informed the applicant by 1stcar. We are amaiting his reevaluation results and proposals. It appears that sa acceptable solution will consist of installatbn of pipe restraints in the Intermediata Basildi"F sad institution of an increased inservice inspection ptogram for these linea.
Please obtain management counsents on these matters as needed to enable approval and publication of the Safety Evaluation Report.
