My purpcse for writing is to initiate plans for the examination of the below named men ny the A.E.C. for the Hot licenses indicated for the Tnree Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit I.

Tex H. Acker - Operators License 2.
John C. Banks III - Operators License 3.
Dennis J. Bolt: - Operators License 4.
Theodore L. Book - Operaters License 5.
Kenneth P. Bryan - Operators License I
6.
Thomas H. Goodlavage - Operators License 7.
Robert A. Heilman, Jr. - Operators License 8.
Gregory R. Hit: - Operators License 9.
Joseph E. Keisch - Operators License 10.
Claude W. Keyser, Jr. - Operators License 11.
Brian A. Mehler - Operators License 12.
Larry G. Noll - Operators License 13.
Dale L. Pilsit: - Operators License Each of the above men have been on site since 1969 and have been actively involved in the learning of systems and precedures, etc.
In addition, they have participated in various system start ups and ccmpenent testing evolutions and are currently involved in the hot functional testing program.
It is expected that each of the abcve named men will have received a minimum of one start up en the reactor before the licensing examinaticn.
They each have need for the license requested and are expected to use their services to operate the plant.
