'ite attached report of a visit by the assigned inspector to the subject facility on September 18 and 19, 1968 is forwarded for information.
No violations of the SAR were noted.
The cac3e cf previcusly reported quality problems with concrete has been determined by the licensee to be failure to properly centrcl the mix temperature.
Satisfactory corrective action has been taken.
The inspector noted concrete being dropped from a distance in excess of the approved job specification.
Corrective action was taken by the licensee.
Metropolitan Edison has begun sericus planning and work in preparing preoperational testing procedures.
We are very pleased at this effort so early in the construction of this plant.

The inspection effort was directed toward the overall quality assurance program, and a review of the concrete problem reported on the initial. spection.
A scheduled meeting was held at the site with operating personnel on preparation of preoperational test procedures.
