Gentlemen:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Load Center Transformers In Reference (1), the NRC Staff was informed of Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's (NNECO) plans to replace one safety-related load center transformer during the current outage and the second safety-related load center transformer during a scheduled outage planned to commence no later than October 6, 1979.
With the extended duration of the present outage, NNECO has effected the re-placement of the second safety-related load center transformer with a fully qualified transformer. This completes the corrective action necessary for disposition of the concerns of Reference (1).
