Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
Representatives from Combustion Engineering (CNS Reactor Vessel Manu-facturer) and General Electric (Design Engineer) have recently advised NPPD that Combustion Engineering has obtained permission f rom Mr. Wm.
Rutherford, of the Nucleut Regulatory Commission, to extend the generic report submittal date to June 8, 1919.
Unless othemise notified f rom your of fice, NPPD's reporting date of May 29, 1979 will be extended to June 29, 1979.
