The File SUBJECT-GENERAL ELECTRIC REQUEST TO EXPORT ZIRCONIUM TUBING TO SWITZERLAI!D (XCOM0256)
The applicant has requested expeditious handling of this proposed export as the material is urgently needed in connection with a tube polishing machine qualification test to be conducted in Switzerland. Af ter the tests are completed, the machine veill be shipped to the U.S. for use in General Electric's fuel fabrication plant.
Due to the urgent requirement of the proposed export, this license was issued without the customary 15-day waiting period.
