In an attempt to expedite discovery in this mat-ter, Houston has agreed that Central Power and Light Com-pany ("CP&L") may review the fuel contracts produced by Houston to PUB in the offices of PUB's attorneys in Washington, D.C.
In return, CP&L has agreed to be bound by the Board's Protective Order of April 9, 1979, under the same terms and conditions as is PUB.
Thereby, all documents produced by Houston to PUB and designated by Houston as " Confidential" are to be treated as "Confi-dential" with respect to CP&L, and CP&L is to review these documents under the terms and conditions set forth in the Protective Order.
Therefore, Houston moves the Board to enter an Order that in in.epecting confidential documents produced by Houston to P'JB, CP&L will be bound by the terms and conditions of the Board's Protective Order of April 9, 1979, with respect to all documents designated as "Confi-dential" by Houston under the terms of that Protective Order.
