Dear Mr. Saltzman:
Enclosed, for your information, are seven copies each of Endorsements No. 36 and 37 to our Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters Policy MF-70.
Endorsement No. 36 shows the increase in the limit of liability for the portion of the Nuclear Liability Insurance covered under this particular policy. Endorsement No. 37 is a premium endorsement indicating the additional premium due as a result of the increased limit under Policy MF-70.

It is ag reed that:
1.
The limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the decla rations as amended by the Increase of Limit of Liability Endo rsement(s) listed below is fu rthe r amended to read $ 36,000.000 This amended limit applies with respect to obligations assumed or expenses incurred because of bodily injury or property damage caused, during the period from the effective date of this endorsement to the date of termination of the policy, by the nuclear energy hazard.
2 The original limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the declaratiuns, the limit (3) of liability stated in the Increase of Limit of Liability Endo rsement(s) listed below and the amended limit of liability stated in pa rac raph I above shall not be cumulative, and each payment made by the companies after the effective date of this endo rsement for any loss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the amount of such payment the limit of liability originally stated in Item 4 of the declarations, the amended limit (s) of liability stated in the Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsement (s) listed below and the amended limit of liability stated in paragraph I above, rega rdless of which limit of liability applies with respect to the bodily injury or property damage out of which such loss or expense arises.
