Endorsement - Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance Carrier: American Nuclear Insurers Insured: Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company Policy No: NF 151 Effective Date - Endorsement: May 1, 1979 Enclosed are eight certified copies of endorsements No. 60 and 61 for attachment to your copies of the above captioned policy. These endorse-ments increase the limit of liability from $108,500,000 to $124,000,000 and reflect the change in premium as a result of same.

It is agreed that:
1.
The limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the declaraticns as arended by the Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsement (s) lirted below is further atended to read $ 124.000,000.00 This amended limit applies with respect to obligations assumed or excenses incurred because of bodily injury or property dacage caused, during the period from the effective date of this endorse-rent to the date of termination of the policy, by the nuclear energy hazard.

The original limit of liability stated in Item 4 of the decalarations, the limit (s) of liability stated in the Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsenent(s) listed below and the aner.ded limit of liability stated in paragraph 1 above shall not be curulative, and each payment made by the companies after the effective date of this endorsenent for any loss or expense covered by the policy shall reduce by the amount of such payrent the limit of liability originally stated in Iten 4 of the declarations, the amended linit(s) of liability stated in the Increase of Limit of Liability Endorsement (s) listed below and the amended limit of liability stated in paragraph 1 above, regardless of which limit of liability applies with respect to the bodily injury or property darage out of which such loss or expense arises.
