We are further providing, under separate cover, via United Parcel Service, a complete edition of the Environmental Report for the Haven Tiuclear Plant including copies of Amendments 10,11 with errata, and 12.

Although these documents were filed with the PSCW prior to the April 12,1979 letter from Mr. Sorensen, PSCW Chief Hearing Examiner, we are providing the eight volume Environmental Report set and subsequent amendments to facilitate your review and understanding of the Haven project. The amendments nay be inserted in the report in accordance with the instructions provided with each amendment.
