This letter is in response to Mr. R. F. Heishman's letter of March 22, 1979, which was received March 27, 1979 and which transmitted IE Report No. 50-315/79-04; 50-316/79-04. A request was made by our Mr. J. I.
Castresana for a one week extension to respond and was granted by Mr. Warnock on April 17, 1979.
The attachment to this letter is our response to the notice of violation of the Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.12.2 which was considered by the NRC to be an infraction of administrative controls.
It is considered proprietary in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 and should be withheld from the public.
