Item D and Para. 5.c(3) of Details Postina of Controlled Area The notice wording posted is shown below:

Corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further items of non-compliance Although we do not anticipate detecting any procedures un-acceptable to NRC license requirements in our review of procedure documents on the Divisional Master List of Approved Documents, should any spurious procedure be encountered which is unacceptable, immediate action shall be taken to correct items affected by the procedure prior to any further work.
An acceptable signoff on the MLAD will represent that the pro-cedure review is satisfactory to NIS nuclear safety requirements.
