Dear Sirs:
Tnis is in response to your letter of April 27 concerning the export of reactor cocoonents to the Philippines.
We nave initiated a technical review of those components indicated in your letter which have been re-examined by Westinghouse and, in your view, detemined not to require NRC export licenses.
We hope to comolete our review in tne near future but may require further infomation from Westinghouse before nuking our final determination.
In the interim, in view of our previous decision that the export of these components does require a7 tiRC license, we have detemined that Westinghouse may not proceed with the exoort.
