PSC Letter P-75024, December 15, 1975 Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that PSC has completed installation of the third phase of our pemanent improved fire detection and fire protection system and the permanent Alternate Cooling Method (ACM) as committed in our P-75024 letter, Walker to Denise, dated Decemoer 15, 1975.
These items were previously committed as restrictions to the rise-to-pcwer program following the first refueling.
Having satisfied our commitments, Fort St. Vrain is currently proceeding with our rise-to-power program.
