Docket No. 50-129 AMENDMEilT TO INDEMNITY AGREEliENT NO. E-27 Af1ENDMEilT fl0. 9 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement flo. E-27, between West Virginia University and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated November 30, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount "S140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "S160,000,000."
