ORDER On May 17,1979, Applicants filed a Reply To The NRC Staff's Findings Of Fact Concer'ning ECCS Matters.
Therein Applicants requested that this Board " disregard the Staff's letter of May 9, 1979 and treat the findings enclosed therewith as final, thereby making the Black Fox record ripe for decisions". Applicants supplemented their comments in 6 letter dated May 21,1979.
It is requested that Staff respond to these two submissions on or before May 29, 1979.
