Our customer Nukem GrbH, has requested that we send this letter advising the importance surrounding the issuance of the above referenced license applications.
We request on behalf of Nukem GrbH, that these license applications be issued in a timely fashion, so that arrangements can be initiated for material to be transported in one shipment in accordance with 10 CFR 73.
Nukem GrbH, stresses the importance for these applications to be issued within a short period: to avoid possible delays in scheduling and unnecessary additional costs, which would be incurred by Nukem GrbH, if material is transported in two or three shipments in accordance with 10 CFR 73 requirements.
