Attached are the United Nuclear Corporation - Naval Products Division proposed procedures which are submitted herewith for your review and approval for compllance with the new License Condition 9.3.59 which was established by Reference (1). This change is being submitted under 10 CFR 70.32(e) and does not decrease the effectiveness of the existing security plan; this submission is made for the convenience of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and is exempted from any fee as per 10 CFR 170.31, note 1 (d).
