Dear Mr. McGarry:
As we discussed on the telephone on Friday, March 16, 1979, we have no objection to the following schedule for the McGuire/0conee spent fuel transportation and storage matter.
Final interrogatories filed by all parties.
April 13 All responses to final interrogatories due.
April 23 April 30-May 5 Depositions taken no later than the week of April 30 through May 5 (although depositions may be taken earlier as desired.)
May 5 End of discovery period.
May 11 Summary disposition motions filed.
May 31 Responses to any summary disposition motions due.
June 7 Testimony due.
June 18-29 Evidentiary hearing.
We understand that in line with the discussion of schedule at the pre-hearing conference of March 13, you are undertaking to arrive at a consensus with the various parties on the schedule.
