Radiation Management Corporation 2 North Riverside Plaza IN RESPONSE REFER Chicago, IL 60606 TO F0IA 79-52
Dear Mr. Bronson:
This is in response to your letter dated February 16, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all NRC/AEC documents concerning Nuclear Radiation Developments Corporation, Theodore Schwalm & Co., U.S. Radium Corporation, and Self Powered Lighting.
In a telephone conversation on March 13, 1979 with Ms. Ellen Whitlow of my staff, you were informed that Nuclear Radiation Developments Corporation is licensed by the State of New York, pursuant to an agreement with the NRC, as provided for in Section 274 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Also in the telephone conversation with Ms. Whitlow, you agreed to send a representative to inspect the requested records at NRC offices located at 7915 Eastern Avenue, Silver Spring, MD.
This confirms that your representative, Mr. Scott Murray, met on March 16, 1979 with Ms. Hanna Bristow of the NRC staff and inspected the records.
You requested copies of certain records during your inspection.
Copies of these are enclosed.
If we may be of any further assistance in this matter, please contact me.
