NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF A"iEND!'ENTS TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSES The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment Nos. 51 and 51 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-44 and DPR-56, issued to Philadelphia Electric Company, Public Service Electric and Gas Company, Delmarva Power and Light Company, and Atlantic City Electric Company (the licensees), which revised the licenses for operation of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units Nos. 2 and 3 (the facility), located in York County, Pennsylvania.
The atendments became effective on February 23, 1979.
The amendments add license conditions to include the Commission-approved physical security plan as part of the lic.enses.
The licensee's filings comply with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Commission's ru)es and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are se: forth in the license amendrents.
Prior public notice of these arendrents was not required since the arendments do not involve a significant nazards consideration.

The licensee's filing dated May 25, 1977 as revised fiovember 21, 1977, March 22,1978, May 24,1978, and January 31, 1979 and the Cor.ission's Security Plan Evaluation Report are being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
The withheld information is e+ ject to disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Section 9.12.
