Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter is in response to Mr. J. A. Hind's letter of January 29, 1979, which transmitted a response to our letter of December 21, 1978 concerning Inspection Report No. 50-315/78-29 and 50-316/78-27.
The enclosed attachment to this letter contains our clarification, to which your staff has agreed during a telephone conversation held on February 6,1979 of the actual comitments made in the subject response. Please issue the enclosure S-F3-79-01 again and include this clarification of your imposed requirement. Please note that the information contained in the attachment is considered proprietary in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 and accordingly should be withheld from the public.
An extension to the time required to respond to this letter was re-quested by Mr. J. I. Castresana of AEP on February 7,1979. Mr. J. A. Hind of your staff granted this extension until February 16, 1979.
