Dear Secretary of the Commission:
Enclosed you will find a proof of service
- which should be attached to the petition for leave to intervene for the League of Women Voters of Rockford, Illinois regarding the Operating License for the Byron Station, Docket Nos. 50-454 and 50-455.
Since I am unfamiliar with the correct procedure and have not consult-ed an attorney, I am not sure whether or not this Affidavit is needed.
Because Commonwealth Edison questioned my authority to speak for the League, I decided to send the effidavit and hope that, if needed, it will be accepted at this date.
Sincerely,
.f Betty John on/.
