UNITED.0,TATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION D0CKET NO. 11000435 APPLICATION FOR FACILITY EXPORT LICENSE Please take notice that Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission an application for a license to authorize the export of two (2) power reactors with a thermal power level of 2,785 megawatts each to the Korea Electric Company and that the issuance of this license is under consideration by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
No license authorizing export of the reactors will be issued until the Nuclear Regulatory Commission determines that the export is within the scope of ard consistent with the terms of an agreement for cooperation arranged pursuant to Section 123 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (Act), nor until the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has found that:
(a)
The export complies with the requirements of the Act and the Commission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR, Chapter 1, and (b) The reactors proposed to be exported are utili7.ation facilities as defined in the Act and the Commission's regulations.

Unless within 30 days after the publication of this notice in f
the FEDERAL REGISTER, a request for a hearing is filed with the Nuclear Regulatory Comission, or a petition for leave to intervene is filed l
by any person whose interest may be affected by the proceeding, the l

Westinghouse Electric Corporation a facility export license and cause to be published in the FEDERAL REGISTER a notice of issuance of the license.
If a request for a hearing or a petition for leave to intervene is filed within the time prescribed in this notice, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will issue r lotice cf hearing or an appropriate order.
