On January 5, 1979, the City of San Antonio, acting by and through the City Public Service Board of San Antonio (San Antonio), mailed its Response to the First Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents from Department of Justice to the City of San Antonio.

Otherwise, San Antonio has neither initiated nor received any discovery requests during January, 1979.

On February 2, 1979, San Antonio received the Initial Interrogatori 3 to and First Request for Production of Documents by rhe City Public Service Board of' San Antonio, Texas, from the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas.

As reflected in the attached correspondence, counsel have made certain agreements and arrangements for providing responses to the interrogatories and request for documents, which San Antonio anticipates will be completed in early March, 1979.
