The licensing review for amendment of License S!!"-777 is subject to a major safegaards amendment fee of $8,300 as specified in fee Category l A of Section 170.31 of Part 170, copy enclosed.
Payment should be made to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to the attentinn of Mr. Douglas Meiss, License Fee fianagement Branch. When submitting the fee, please refer to CONTROL i UMBER 11769.
Please note Footnotes l'd) and 4 of Section 170.31, which provide that upon completion of the licensing review, the Commission will review its expenditures for professional manpower and appropriate support services; recompute the amendment fee, and, if necessary, refund sny overcharges.
