Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., respectfully requests an administrative change to Certificate of Compliance No. 9096, Revision 1, dated July 5, 1978. The requested change is to reflect an update to Drawing No. 1-289-101, Rev. G. Copies of the updated Revision H are enclosed.
A summary of the changes to the drawing ia provided below:
(1) Added Item 37 Plate to mount radioactive sign (2) Added Item 38 As-built (3) Added Item 32 As-built (4) Changed Ite= 19 b" longer bolt - now 6h" long -
to obtain full strength of threads throughout.
Added notes 3, 6, & 8 (5)
Item 12 Added notes 4, 7, & 8 (6) Zone lH & SG Remove "ADJ" (7) Added notes 6,7,8,9, & 10 Clarification - torqueing, lubrication, etc.
