In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9, we have attached the subject reports concerning the inoperability of a Sodium Hydroxide Tank low level alarm and indication circuit out of alignment (79-10) and the level of the Boric Acid Make up Tank being below Technical Specification limits (795-17).
