Dear Mr. Reid:
Pursuant to the procedure noted in your letter of February 13, 1979, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company wishes to initiate the URR appeal process with respect to items A (3), (5) and (6) in Enclosure 1 of the Febru-ary 13, 1979 letter. These items have been included in the Modified Amended Security Plans and are being imple-mented under protest and subject to the outcome of the appeal. We would suggest March 14, 1979, as the date for the appeal meeting. Please advise us whether this date is acceptable.
