Subject-f1RC Inspection This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. J. R. Curtis of this office on January 8-9, 1979 of activities authorized by tiRC License fio. Sf!M-56 and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Curtis with Messrs. R. Finston and J. Holmes at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
fio items of noncompliance with IIRC requirements were identified within the scope of this inspection.
The inspection included a review of the corrective actions taken on those items observed during the last inspection made on December 14-16, 1977 and brought to your attention in our letter dated Ce: ember 27, 1977. We have no further question on those matters.
