Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc., respectfully requests an administrative change to Certificate of Compliance No. 9094, Revision 2, dated June 15, 1978. This requested change is to reflect ar. vodate to Drawing No. 1-189-101.
Revision A-E replaces A-D. copies of Revision A-E are enclosed.
A summary of the changes to the drawing is provided below:
(1) Added Item 37 Plate to mount radioactive sign (2) Added Item 38 As-built (3) Added Item 32 As-built (4)
Changed Item 19 b" longer bolt - now 6 " long -
to obtain full strength of threads throughout.
Added notes 3, 6, & 8 (5)
Item 12 Added notes 4, 7, & 8 (6)
Zone 1H & SG Remove "ADJ" (7) Added notes 6,7,8,9 & 10 Clarification - torqueing, lubrication, etc.
