By letter dated November 15, 1978, Mr.

Grimes, Assistant Director for Engineering and Projects, requested that the Power Authority submit a license amendment application to incorporate the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix I into the FitzPatrick facility Technical Specifications within 90 days (i.e., February 15, 1979).
The Power Authority finds that it requires additional time to complete its response.
We now plan to respond by April 16, 1979.
