ihis refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. B. B. Dicey of this of t ice on December 12, 1978, of activities at Soiltest, Incorporated authorized by NRC Byproduct haterial License No. 48-15426-01 and to the discussion of our findings with you at the conclusion of the inspection.

The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.

The inspection also included a review of the actions described in items of your letter received May 6,1974, regarding the apparent noncompliance found during our April 29, 1974 inspection. We have no further questions on this matter.

No items of nonccmpliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this ins ection.
