ORDER The NRC Staff and joint intervenors, Lakeshore Citizens for Safe Energy and Safe Haven, Limited, have each filed a motion for an extension of time to file an answer to Licensees' December 28, 1978 Motion for Summary Disposition in this proceeding.
In order to ex-pedite matters, the Board Chairman conferred with the parties today by conference telephone and granted the motions in part.
Counsel for Licensees, the NRC Staff and the State of Wisconsin and William M.
Cordaro, representing the joint intervenors, all participated in the conference call.
This will confirm that for good cause shown, the Board has granted an extension to and including February 5,1979, of the time 7902050AFA for filing an answer to the Licensees' Motion for Summary Disposi-tion.
