This request supplemented a sinilar request made by NRC letter dated July 11,1978. The November 15, 1978 letter discussed minor changes in the amendment application as requested in the previous letter.

Consumers Power Company letter dated November 13, 1978 submitted a license amend-ment application in response to the July 11, 1978 request.

Consumers Power Company has reviewed this submittal and concludes that no changes are necessary to incor-porate the additional issues discussed in the Hovember 15, 1978 letter.
